Mercedes knows how to throw a Party!

The event for Mercedes was off the hook! Invisible Touch combined with Asher Entertainment http://asherentertainment.com, DJ Angeline at www.djangeline.com, Elite OC productions at www.eliteocproductions.com, and TPSN Productions at www.tpsnproductions.com to pull the whole thing off in a style that was like none other. We were able to transform the Grand Ballroom in the Hyatt Huntington Beach into the most amazing Holiday party for Mercedes. There were girls dangling from the ceiling and dancing all over the place and guys in top hats wandering around getting everyone into the mood to dance and have a good time.

Asher Entertainment provided specialty dancers and cirque performers that were not only beautiful but talented and fun to watch. DJ Angeline was there to spin the music and boy was she able to get the music crankin’ and had everyone out of their seats and dancing the night away. Elite OC Productions did the neon led centerpieces for the tables that the guests sat at when they were taking a break from the dance floor. TPSN Productions did the dance stages where the specialty dancers hung out and entertained all night long. We at Invisible Touch provided the lighting and stage backdrop scrims for the dancers that flanked the DJ booth. The entire night would have not been such a success without the work of all of these talented businesses’ coming together and working their respective magic.

We just hope that the attendees had as much fun as we did!

Morphotrac celebrates the Holidays at Alta Vista Country Club

Alta Vista Country Club was the perfect location for Morphotrac to hold the annual Holiday Party. Established in 1961 and located in Northern Orange County, it is a private, classic 18 hole, par 72 championship golf club that measures more than 6,500 yards of beautifully manicured fairways and greens – with six sets of tees to meet every golfer’s needs. But believe me we weren’t there for the golf as they have the greatest club that has been host to some amazing weddings and parties. We were there to party!

During the dinner portion of the party Tim Espinosa played his violin which is always such a treat. Tim was also the emcee for the evening and he made sure to get the party off on a good note with a great game called Music Mania. It is so funny to watch & play and a great interactive way to get everyone involved and out on the dance floor. Tim even took the time to teach everyone Proud Mary. Fernando was the DJ for the evening and he keep the music flowing. The Emcee/DJ team always makes events like this a success.

Of course we have to brag about the lighting as it was spectacular and our staff out did themselves again.

Themed Holiday Parties…

Office parties are usually boring and stuffy, but they do not always need to be. Turn your next Christmas Party at the office into a blast with creative theme ideas for office Christmas parties that will really get everybody loose and make them chill out a little while taking part in the party festivities. Themed parties during Christmas can actually give you tons of creative freedom when it comes to food, decorations and games, so do not be afraid to overdo things and make the whole thing memorable overall.

One of the best theme ideas for office Christmas parties would be Feliz Navidad. Look for mariachi bands that can play for you all night – from when the guests arrive until you are sick of partying. Hang white stars and chili peppers all over the ceiling, as well as all around the party room. Set small cacti as each table’s centerpiece, and then add some Christmas ornaments in order to dress everything up. At the end of the night hand out custom engraved margarita glasses with flashing lights as take-home gifts. Stick to colors of white, red and green when it comes to balloons, table linens and hang streamers and look for a piñata or two in the shapes of a sombrero or Chili pepper and fill it with candy or treats and have a traditional piñata waking.

For something more classic, throw a Winter Wonderland party. Have a snowmaking machine brought in so that it can snow outside as your guest are walking into the building and line the entrance and walkway with snowflake luminaries or white lights, and hang some twinkling lights all around the door frames and on the chandeliers. Have snowflakes hanging from the ceiling, as well. Have intelligent lighting throughout the room so the snowflakes will be projected onto the walls and ceilings. As centerpieces, pick ice sculptures for the buffet or banquet tables and as favors, give out personalized mint tins or icy mint tubes of Chap Stick.

If you would rather steer clear from traditional theme ideas for office Christmas parties, host a big Dancing with the Stars Holiday Party just like Monarch Health Care did on December 4th at the Hyatt Irvine. We made sure to have spotlights to be able to bring focus to the dancers and our Emcee’s and DJ’s kept the joint hopping all night long. It was a great night with tons of fun and full of memories that will last far longer than the traditional Holiday parties of past years.

The most important thing to remember when coming up with a themed Holiday party is that you keep everyone in mind so that fun is had by everyone that attends.

It’s time for Company Holiday Parties

Can you really believe that it is December 2nd, boy how time flies when you’re having fun and we have been having tons of fun? This year has been so busy with weddings, corporate events, mitzvah’s, birthday parties and now the Holiday Season is upon us. It’s that time of the year to find that Christmas sweater or Holiday Tie, go out and find the most outrageous secret Santa gift, and find that Holiday Spirit, cause it’s time to head to your Company’s Holiday party.
Our elves have been working overtime to make sure that the volume is just the right level and the music has just the right beat to get everyone in that perfect Holiday mood. Our DJ’s have that festive spirit that will bring life to the room and the snowflake lighting will bring just the right mix of mood and essence to get you into the right frame of Holiday Happiness. We are so looking forward to the upcoming Holiday parties that are on our calendar in the next few weeks.
We hope that no matter if your party is big or small that you remember that it is important to have a designated driver if you are going to enjoy some of the “Spirits” at the party. If you don’t have a designated driver then why not make it a fun night by getting a limo or calling a cab; then everyone can have a great time and not have to worry about how you’re going to make it home safely.
With that we hope you have a fabulous time at the party.

Saddlerock Ranch Weddings

Saddlerock Ranch’s rich and fascinating history dates back more than 3 decades and for the last 27 years Ronnie and Lisa Semler and their children have lived and worked the land that is home to this breathtaking ranch and vineyard. There are approximately 60,000 vines on the 65 acre property with plans to add an additional 40,000 vines in the future. The rich and nutrient filled soil and the pleasant climate make for the perfect environment for robust and delightful grapes to grow and be turned into wines that compliment a wide variety of pallets. The Saddlerock Ranch is also the perfect location to host events and weddings with three very distinct locations that would suit any style or desire.

The only down side to having a wedding in the middle of the vineyards is that there might not be enough power to do all that a Bride and Groom wants us to do. But never fear that we are not always prepared; on Saturday November 6th we did Katie and Ethan’s wedding and our staff thought of everything including a 3rd generator just in case we need a little extra power. We were thrilled to be able to make Katie and Ethan’s wedding day special with plenty of lighting for the altar, food stations and dance floor. Our DJ’s were able to entertain the the happy couple and their guests with wonderful music till the very end. It was a beautiful night out on Saddlerock Ranch under the stars with a beautiful couple and all of their friends and family.

If you are planning your wedding or next big event; let our staff help you. We try and worry about all those little details; like having a backup generator, so that you don’t have to. Our staff makes it a point to make your event everything that you hoped it would be and more.

Invisible Touch Lights Up Ice Bulb Creation

Recently we got to do this really cool Biz Bash After Party. It was managed by Elite OC Productions at the Pacific Electric Lofts in downtown LA. You may be asking yourself, what was Invisible Touch doing there? Well we got to light up these AMAZING creations by Marc Entin of ICE BULB. I did not know the creative possibilities of ice until this night. These weren’t your average sculptures of ice, these were ICE CURTAINS! Yes, curtains made of ice, hanging around the event. About 500 people showed up to this event and from what we heard the curtains really stood out and were the subject of much of the conversations. So good work to you Marc, your curtains really made the night truly amazing!

Corporate Holiday Season Wrapping Up

We would like to thank all the companies that selected us for their DJ, Entertainment, and Lighting needs this December. This has turned out to be a great year for Invisible Touch, and we are grateful to all our returning clients, as well as new companies that we hope to work with again in the future.  Corporate parties are always fun, because we get to play with our toys, and show off what we’ve learned throughout the year! Check out some pictures from some of the events we did this year.

Unique Corporate Event

We had a great time working with NuVision Financial for their Corporate Party on Saturday.
It was great to be back on the Queen Mary again, this time we brought in Costumed Stilt Walkers, Flag / Fan Dancers – (Too bad we couldn’t have real Fire…) a Custom Lighting package and a rockin DJ. What a way to kickstart the Holiday Party Season.
