We enjoyed the day and experienced the upscale ambiance of the Beautiful private location at Bella Collina Private Towne & Golf Club. The first 50 brides in attendance received a free gift. There were several ways to win wonderful prizes and register for fabulous Giveaways and delicious oppurtunities for cuisine tastings and entertainment. Brides had the chance to meet with professional wedding vendors from all areas of wedding planning and visited our booth. Strolling the magical grounds and seeing what Bella Collina’s wonderful locations hold for Wedding Days was one of the highlights of the day!
Thank you OC Bridal Fair for putting together a fabulous event, we were honored to be a part of it.
We have been so lucky to have had Wendy Walker with our staff since 2006. She is a fantastic member of our team and has a presence on and off stage like no other. She has been known to get crowds of 10 to 1000 up out of their seats and enjoying the party.

Do you know what to serve with Beer? Neither did we until the 14th of October when we were asked to do lighting and music for the ISES Orange County Chapter Oktoberfest.
Occasions at Laguna Village was the site of an evening of education and fun as we learned what makes a great beer and what the best food pairings are to go along with it. Of course no Oktoberfest is complete without a little German Polka so we brought along a little Polka music to liven up the place a little.
Jon Salois from Samuel Adams beers brought along his extensive knowledge of the Boston Beer Company and took his time to educate us on the history of Boston Beer Company and Samuel Adams products, styles or beers, ingredients in beers, and the perfect food pairings with Samuel Adams beers. Samuel Adams has a knack for creating quality beers, and for creative and innovative ways in developing, brewing, and selling their beers.
Jeff the Silent Chef has a passion for providing cuisine to others who share his excitement for food and he did not disappoint. Jeff and his team at Occasions used the freshest ingredients and vast culinary experience to make foods that complimented the specialty beers and was a treat for the eyes and a feast for the taste buds.
To say that the night was a success for all would be an understatement and now we know that beer isn’t just for drinking while watching a football game or hanging out with friends on a Saturday night. Beer can be a great partner with delicious food and groovy tunes too.
Twins, Corey and Kali’s B’Nai Mitzvah turned out to be an amazing event! This event was the first time we have ever had a guest of honor playing a guitar for their grand entrance! The Chaness Family was by far the best families that we can remember working with. From our first meeting with Nicole Chaness (Mom of B’Nai Mitzvah Twins) she had a vision in her head of what this event should be. She was very open to our expertise and ideas and boy did it turn out wonderful! This event was a mutual collaboration with us at Invisible Touch Events, Event Planner Sharon Gall from Once Upon a Time Events and Nicole Chaness.

Wedding Tip
Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. It should be treasured and remembered by all who attended. You want people to be talking about your wedding for years to come. Part of the outcome depends on you. Research your vendors, check their reputation with other vendors, past clients, and referrals if possible. Once you have hired the professionals to do their best for you, Relax!
Each different service requires specific knowledge and experience in that field. Let them do what they do best and you will be amazed with the results. Of course, you need to be diligent and make sure everyone is one the same page with your specific needs. Feel free to check in as often as you need to. Try to have all the planning done, and your balances paid 3 weeks to a month in advance. The biggest stress you can avoid is waiting until the last minute to finish all the little things that come up. Wrap up loose ends at work, and enjoy the time with your fiancé, friends, and family before the big day.
When it comes to that magic day, Enjoy it! It will go by Faster than you can imagine. You will be in a whirlwind of greeting guests and family, taking pictures, special dances, and having more fun than you could imagine. Trust the people you worked so hard to find, and they won’t disappoint you! Congratulations!!
