Invisible Touch was honored to take part in the wedding of Liz and Angel at the majestic Langham Hotel in Pasadena on Friday, October 7th, 2011.
The hard working wedding event staff at the Langham created a special day that every bride dreams of. The Langham Hotel is Southern California’s premiere venue for weddings with its twenty-three acres of picturesque gardens and regal ballrooms.
Liz and Angel’s reception was held in the breathtaking Viennese Ballroom. The Viennese Ballroom offered an ambiance fit for royalty with a 25 foot gold gilded, high vaulted ceiling and three crystal chandeliers that date back to 1907.
Invisible Touch enhanced the ballroom with LED lights around the perimeter of the room. We also added a beautiful “breakout” design and custom monogram to the dance floor. Arrangements of porcelain roses, blush roses, and hydrangeas added a perfect touch of elegance and romance throughout the room.
A high light of the reception was when the talented Tim Espinosa serenaded the newlyweds and their guests with his electric violin.

On September 17th, we were honored to be a part of Lori Smiley and Scott Sherman’s beautiful wedding at the Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach.
With the help of Tami Spencer, Catering Manager at the Fairmont, we were able to transform the Laurel Ballroom in a magical and romantic scene for the couple to celebrate their new marriage. The scheme was set in lovely shades of cream and rich purple. We used LED lights around the perimeter of the room to cast an ethereal glow about the ballroom. The couple chose a beautiful custom monogram as a simple and elegant way to add a personal touch to their venue.
The centerpiece of this classic reception was the opulent, crystal chandelier that hung above the dance floor. We used an LED wash on the dancefloor to turn the already beautiful space into a shimmering masterpiece. Lori and Scott danced their first dance together as husband and wife over their custom monogrammed dance floor.
Invisible Touch provided DJ services to help make the wedding a fun and memorable event for the couple and their guests. This beautiful reception was topped off with a video montage of the couple. A video montage is a special way to share the uniqueness and personality of your relationship with your family and friends.

On , Saturday, September 10th we had the honor of working with the talented Adina Verdult from Fleur De Lis Events and The Event Loft to create an open and sophisticated lighting scape for Brittany and Lorenzo’s wedding at the Fleur De Lis Estates in Malibu. Our couple celebrated with their family and friends in a gorgeous, light and airy venue that had a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
Flowing, white drapery framed the open aired tent providing guests with a spectacular view of the summer sky. A modern chandelier took center stage over the dance floor where Brittany and Lorenzo danced their way into married life. The cocktail area was peppered with an array of silver and white chaise lounges that offered guests the perfect blend of relaxation and elegance. Invisible Touch used the art of lighting to create a romantic and subtle glow that shimmered around the diners and dancers.
We were excited to, once again, work with Marc Entin from Ice Bulb. Ice Bulb designed two intricate ice curtains that provided a very unique and fun spin on ice sculptures. Ice curtains really add an edgy element that never fail to leave your guests awestruck.
We were also thrilled to work with David Tosti from Tosti Studios . David was chosen by the couple to capture all of their precious memories that they are sure to cherish for a lifetime.

The magnificant historic seaside Villa Rockledge in Laguna Beach was the location of Tara and Dave’s beautiful wedding on a Saturday in August.
We were thrilled to get the chance to work with Fusion Linens again. Fushion Linens provides the most amazing linens that any Bride could ask for with perfectly matched colors everywhere you turn from the linens on the tables and chairs to the draping all around the event. They make every event we work with them something to behold and remember.

What a party to throw for your mother’s birthday, but Karen’s daughter did just that and we celebrated her 50th birthday at the Torrance Marriott on Fashion Way on December 31st. What a way to not only celebrate 50 and Fabulous but also New Year’s Eve! Our team at Invisible Touch worked with the great team at the Marriott to help make this a night that Karen would not soon forget. Fusion Linens transformed the Terrace Ballroom into a High End Lounge Club complete with Pipe and Drape Cabanas that had blackjack tables inside and cool hip lounge furniture throughout the entire event space. There was a huge white dance floor with wonderful lighting throughout. And talk about food, it was to die for. With all the amazing talent that came together to put on this amazing party for Karen it was in a word Spectacular!

Sandra and Francisco were the happy recipients of a dream wedding on October 28th; surrounded by family and friends and Sandra’s son; who is battling terminal Leukemia, they were married in a beautiful ceremony in front of the marble ceremonial stage nestled under centuries-old oaks and sycamores.
Wish Upon a Wedding is the world’s first nonprofit wish granting organization providing weddings and vow renewals for couples facing serious life-altering circumstances or terminal illnesses, regardless of sexual orientation. More often than not these couples are dealing with medical situations that don’t leave them with the energy, time, money, or resources needed to plan their wedding. This organization takes care of every little detail, giving the couples a chance to relax and enjoy their very special day, surrounded by their closest family and friends.
Melody Walker has been coordinating weddings for over 18 years and leaves no detail to chance creating weddings that bring Bride’s dreams to life all over Southern California. She has an amazing gift of listening to Brides and Grooms and taking their thoughts and turning them into a reality. With the help of her amazing staff this wedding for Sandra and Francisco was a night that will be remember by everyone that was there. This was Melody’s first time working with Wish Upon a Wedding as well as ours but we hope that it won’t be the last.

Making customers happy is what it is all about. The Celebration of Life Event was at the Montage Studio Restaurant in Laguna Beach, CA on October 10th. Not only was it a Birthday Celebration but also an Anniversary Celebration.
Scott Reynolds did a fabulous job, from table scapes and dry ice under the tables to laser lighting. He even created that incredible bubble light curtain.
The hourglass sculpture was beautiful with gold and silver sand flowing through it while the theme was repeated throughout with hourglasses in the centerpieces on the tables. What a creative team of designers and florists we work with who were able to bring this special night together for Dotty and Carl.
