Invisible Touch would like to thank the Serra Catholic School for the opportunity to help celebrate their annual fundraising event held on May 4 at the St. Regis Resort in Monarch Beach.  Serra Catholic School is dedicated to teach students to live in accordance with the spiritual, moral and ethical principles exemplified in the life of Christ.  They educate their students to meet the spiritual, academic, and moral challenges of the future by providing opportunities to develop the Catholic values and critical thinking skills that will be the basis for future advantages in ethical decision-making, academic growth, and personal development.  Serra realizes that at times it may be difficult for our current Serra parents to continue to provide a Catholic Education for their children. Tuition assistance makes this possible and that assistance is funded by events like this.

The St. Regis Resort in Monarch Beach was the perfect setting for this year’s silent auction.  The St. Regis Monarch Beach, a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond awarded resort, located along the pristine shores of the Pacific Ocean in Dana Point, California. This resort features one of the “Top 25 Hotel Spas in the World”, as voted by Travel & Leisure Magazine. From an intimate private party in the Wine Cellar to a black-tie gala dinner in the Pacific Ballroom, The St. Regis Monarch Beach and its highly skilled catering staff provide the most ideal settings, amenities, conveniences and excellence to make your Orange County meetings memorable.

During the auction, entertainment was provided by Invisible Touch Emcee/DJ, William and techs, Brian and Paisha as well as vocalist, Andrea Miller and her Trio.  Emcee, Williams was able to provide needed guest information with his announcements as well as play crowd favorites with the ample music library between sets by Miller and her Trio.

Invisible Touch hosted Tatum’s Bat Mitzvah at Tijeras Creek Golf Course at Ranchos Santa Margarita last Saturday.

The friendly and helpful staff at Tijeras Creek Golf Club take special pride in creating celebrations that become treasured memories. They offer complete event packages, assisting you in designing a truly personal experience. The Spanish motif, romantic fountain terrace, and sweeping panoramic views of the golf course make Tijeras Creek the best kept secret in Orange County. Emcee, Kyle, guided Tatum’s guests through the evening’s activities with announcements and directions according to her pre-determined party plan.  Likewise, DJ Karen and party motivators kept the party atmosphere rockin’ with Tatum’s playlist of her favorite tunes.
When Tatum’s guests weren’t enjoying the tasty buffet or dancing on the crowded floor, they were able to create their own unique souvenir in the Photo Booth.  Invisible Touch brought their updated supply of props for friends and family to use to to enhance the Photo Booth experience.

Invisible Touch salutes Monique Haywood, Sales Manager at Cafe Rio who has partnered with us for our monthly Open House Events.  Cafe Rio’s fresh traditional cooking derivative of the Northern Mexico/Rio Grande, Southern Texas and New Mexico regions is a crowd pleaser every time.

Cafe Rio was founded in Utah in 1997, and has quickly become an award-winning favorite in many neighborhoods across the western United States.  This is largely due to the  Cafe Rio difference.   The difference is in the freshness.  They don’t have any freezers or microwaves in any of their restaurants, which means everything is fresh every day.  Each location hand squeezes 1,000 limes a day and hand scoops every avocado. They also hand roll homemade tortilla’s fresh every minute of every day, and signature sauces and dressings are made new each day.

Invisible Touch was fortunate to play host to Skanska‘s Winter Wonderland holiday event in the Magic Kingdom Ballroom at the Disneyland Hotel on December 14th. No matter where else you’ve held a holiday party, it simply can’t compare to the surroundings of multi-million dollar theming and décor elements in the Disney Theme Parks. Unique locations combined with world-class entertainment and fantastic catering options make for endless event possibilities that your attendees won’t soon forget.

Themed holiday parties make a big impact with employees making them feel appreciated for a year’s hard work well done.  Lighting helped to create this magical atmosphere.  Guests enjoyed a white dance floor illuminated with intelligent lighting fixtures and snowflake lights.  Many LED lights were placed around the room to convey a soft warm glow to the party.

Emcee, Cesar, kept the party rocking with holiday favorites along with non-holiday hits from past and present providing an easy mix to keep the dancefloor crowded.

Invisible Touch was privileged to host the Fletcher Jones Holiday Party at the St. Regis Resort at Monarch Beach in Dana Point, California on December 1st. The St. Regis Monarch Beach, a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond awarded resort, is located along the pristine shores of the Pacific Ocean in Dana Point, California and is voted one of the “Top 25 Hotel Spas in the World” by Travel & Leisure Magazine.

Our team, led by event designer, Scott Reynolds provided an elegantly lit lounge environment complete with light up furniture. LED Lights, GOBO’s, Leko Lights, can lights and a white dance floor embodied the sophisticated atmosphere our clients were after.

In between and after sets from the live band, Emcee/DJ’s Ceasar Lopez and Juan Castro kept the party rockin’ till the end.

It was truly a pleasure to see Karen Tomkins’ vision come to life. From planning to execution, this event is a perfect example of the kind of synergy that can be created when the ideas of professionals on both sides of the partnership can listen and learn from one another to achieve their common goal.

Thank you, Courtney and Gary for the opportunity to serve as host to your beautiful wedding at the Artesia DES Hall on November 10, 2012. This community venue served as a terrific backdrop for their elegant cultural celebration.

Emcees Victor and Scott kept the party going with the couple’s musical selections and announcements of important milestone events throughout the evening. Invisible Touch was pleased to be a part of Eric and Stephanie’s wedding at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Costa Mesa on November 3rd. From simple ocean side ceremonies to dazzling ballroom receptions, Wyndham offers a unique setting for an unforgettable wedding experience.

The process was a joy start to finish with this couple who attended a friend’s wedding where we entertained. Excited about their own wedding plans, Eric and Stephanie attended our next open house where our team presented several options to make their wedding unique. Our monthly bridal open house events are a great way for our team to showcase all items responsible for unforgettable entertainment.

Wedding planner, Holly Schoenke of Simply Sweet Weddings and Events put together a seamless timeline to see the couple through their ceremony and reception. Simply Sweet Weddings recognizes that each bride has unique tastes as well as unique needs. Their high level of organization creates an extremely well organized event with no detail left incomplete, not to mention the contagious enthusiasm that makes the planning process as well as the wedding day a blast for our brides and grooms, as well as their families, friends and vendors.

Invisible Touch was thrilled to be a part of Jason and Ryan’s wedding on September 29, 2012 at Pelican Hill in Newport Coast, California.  It was a pleasure for our team to serve clients at the same amazing venue twice in one weekend.

Glenn Griffith, Pelican Hill Catering Manager, wowed guests again with a delicious menu selected by the couple.  Not only is the coastal setting the perfect backdrop for weddings, but the unequaled service of the resort staff helps to set them apart as well.  Each couple is unique, and each couple’s experience at Pelican Hill will be their own, exclusively.

Katie Webb of Intertwined Events served as wedding planner for the day. The ladies of Intertwined combine years of experience and a unique creative savvy to plan your dream wedding with a client support team to serve you. Their constant monitoring of the newest trends, resourcefulness, insistence on a customized experience and positive personalities allow couples to rest assured their day is in the best hands.

The Invisible Touch Team provided lighting and production as well as entertainment for Jason and Ryan’s celebration.  Emcee Katar Marcus guided guests through the evening’s events and entertained everyone with the couple’s music selection, while Robert led the production team.

Lighting included dance floor wash lighting as well as 20 LED Lights surrounding the guest area. Pin Spots were also installed to highlight certain food areas, such as the cake.

Fusion Linens set up a lounge with pipe and drape and Chevari chairs, to divide the reception into different areas and to surprise guests when live band Knyght Ryder was revealed by removing one lounge wall.  Our production team also set up stage wash lighting with dimmers to help to set off this special entertainment element.
